Overnight Chocolate Chia Pudding ( Gluten-Grain-Dairy- Free)

 This can be a delicious chocolate snack or dessert. Here are all ingredients to make overnight chocolate chia pudding. This snack is gluten-free, dairy-free, and grain-free. This is a healthy high-protein snack. You can eat it and not feel guilty. Keto-friendly & Vegan friendly.

Ingredients:

1 small, ripe banana or banana powder

2 Tbsp raw cacao powder or chocolate pea protein

2 Tbsp sweetener (raw honey, coconut sugar, maple

syrup), optional

2 Tbsp water

3 1/4 Tbsp chia seeds

1.5 cups full-fat coconut milk ( cashew or almond milk)


In a bowl, mash the banana with the cacao, sweetener if

using, and water until it forms a smooth paste.


Stir in the chia seeds, and then the milk,

stirring continuously.


Place in the fridge overnight either in the bowl or in

individual jars.


To serve it warm, add to a saucepan in the morning and

heat over low to medium heat for around 5 minutes.


 You may need to add some extra liquid to thin it a

little if the pudding is too thick.
