Happy National Fitness Day

Congratulations on National Fitness Day! A fitness day can be celebrated by working out with the goal of staying healthy and fit. You can exercise, read books, and watch movies that will motivate you to stay fit. The main goal is to get your heart rate up and get you started on your fitness journey.


The day was founded by famous life- and career coach Kim Bielak in 2017 to dedicate a whole day to the importance of fitness. A big believer in the mind-body connection, Kim is also an active and passionate yoga teacher, having studied vipassana meditation and Hatha and vinyasa yogic traditions through Zuna Yoga in Bali, where she received her 200-hour teaching certificate. She launched the first National Fitness Day in the US in 2017 to promote such empowerment through both physical and mental health and wellbeing.
